Purchased a few metres of Haverford black 100mm sports netting to make hay nets to cover round bales of hay in a hay feeder to stop cows and horses burying their heads into the hay and getting grass seeds in their eyes. It also stops them from pulling hay out everywhere and wasting half the bale. It worked so well that I bought more netting and made more nets.

The spike works perfectly and holds the 7 meter pole very well. I use it as an inverted V antenna support and it never lets me down.
Set the net up in my shed with simple wire and hook line. Have been hitting golf balls into it every day. The impact is quiet and the net deals with the golf balls easily.

This netting was packaged well, so it was easy for us to roll out and install. The product description was good so we knew what we were getting. In person the product seems strong and durable.
Only available in 25x25m square, I'd have liked it 15x15m.
I left the door open by mistake and a magpie got inside my enclosure. The bird did not tangle in the netting, he was gently 'caught' when he flew into it, and then he was able to hang on to it with his feet. I herded him out the open door. He flew up into the trees to tell his family all about his ordeal, but seemed unhurt.
